Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC in San Jose, CA seeks an experienced Salesforce Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable, secure Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, lead design reviews, oversee integrations via REST/SOAP, and establish best practices for Apex, LWC, Flows, and CI/CD pipelines to drive performance and maintainability. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture.
• Define Salesforce technical architecture, data models, integration patterns, security frameworks, and development standards.
• Lead architecture and solution design across Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products.
• Evaluate business requirements and recommend appropriate Salesforce capabilities, configuration, customization, and integration approaches.
• Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
• Establish best practices for Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Visualforce, and Salesforce development.
• Define data migration, data governance, data quality, and data management strategies.
• Ensure platform security through role hierarchies, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and related access-control mechanisms.
• Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, architecture assessments, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Guide development teams on Salesforce implementation standards, reusable components, and scalable design patterns.
• Oversee deployment strategies, release management, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management.
• Identify technical risks, scalability challenges, and opportunities to improve platform performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and solution design documents.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, platform customization, integrations, and enterprise-level implementations.

The Salesforce Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and technical teams to translate business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
