This role focuses on building reliable systems, improving platform performance, and delivering scalable Salesforce capabilities that support a growing user base. Your work will directly support the internal tools that help the company teams serve customers efficiently and accurately!

This role is based in our Menlo Park, California office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

At the company, we believe in the power of in‑person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high‑performing teams.

What you’ll do
  • Design and develop applications, configurations, and integrations within the company’s Salesforce environment to support internal operational systems.
  • Build and maintain custom functionality using Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce to support internal workflows and business requirements.
  • Monitor system reliability and respond to operational issues through on‑call participation and incident resolution processes.
  • Translate business requirements from internal teams into scalable Salesforce technical solutions and integrations.
  • Implement and maintain secure Salesforce configurations, including user permissions, custom objects, validation rules, and automation tools.
  • Leverage AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) to accelerate the creation of Apex code, Flows, and Salesforce metadata, improving development velocity and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills by investigating and resolving issues reported by business teams, identifying root causes, and implementing scalable fixes.
What you bring
  • 2-5 years of experience building and maintaining Salesforce environments supporting enterprise‑scale systems.
  • Experience developing Salesforce applications using Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce.
  • Ability to design, test, debug, package, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions with clear documentation.
  • Experience implementing integrations between Salesforce and internal or third‑party systems.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration tools including custom objects, flows, validation rules, and platform security controls.
  • Experience leveraging AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) to accelerate the development of Apex code, Flows, and Salesforce metadata while maintaining code quality and best practices.

This position is restricted to US citizens or lawful permanent residents due to legal requirements.

  • Performance‑driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching.
