Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce data structure and reporting requirements.
• Proven knowledge and practical application of LWC, Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Salesforce App Builder and Platform Developer I certifications.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with technical resources and stakeholders regarding status and issues.
• Support data migration analysis, manipulation, and load activities for go-live.
• Maintain security for Salesforce data.
• Interface with business analysts and deliver complete work products.
• Engage in declarative development (Flows, Lightning App Builder, Experience Cloud).
• Develop with Apex and LWC, troubleshoot and resolve bugs.
• Research Salesforce technologies and communicate trends to leadership.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of applications.
• Build client trust and relationships with stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and team meetings.
• Document best practices and operational procedures.
• Facilitate continuous improvement within the environment.
