Job summary

PhoenixTeam is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Developer to manage Salesforce orgs, enhance integrations, and support user adoption. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in Salesforce settings and integrations with external systems, including knowledge of Apex and LWC.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields is preferred. This role requires familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Strong experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce orgs including user setup and security controls.
• Configure and maintain objects, fields, and validation rules.
• Integrate with external identity providers using SAML or OIDC.
• Monitor system health, manage releases, and support upgrades.
• Support user adoption through training and documentation.
