Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Puerto Rico is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to configure and support Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in business applications, strong troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in Salesforce administration. This role involves managing users, configuring Salesforce components, and ensuring system stability. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with business applications and technical platforms.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud).
• Experience managing releases, sandbox environments, and deployments.
• Experience in data management and data quality practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required; Spanish preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controls.
• Configure Salesforce components including custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
• Perform data imports and exports while ensuring ongoing data quality.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide end‑user support.

Skills

Salesforce Administration (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud)

Salesforce security model (roles, profiles, permission sets)

Salesforce configuration: custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, record types

Automation using Salesforce Flow and approval processes

Reporting and dashboard development

Education
