Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Salesfloor Team Associate for Walmart Supercenter #4387 in Worcester, MA. This part-time position offers mid-shift and closing shifts at 25 Tobias Boland Way, Worcester, MA 01607.

The role focuses on customer service and helping customers on the sales floor. Compensation includes hourly wages from $16 to $29, plus potential performance incentives and other benefits; Live Better U education, PTO, and more may apply.

Responsibilities

• Customer service and assist shoppers on the sales floor.
• Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store appearance.
• Assist with closing procedures and shift duties as required.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
