Russell Cellular Inc. is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative in Linden, NJ. You will learn customer needs and provide individualized service to equip them with wireless products and services. The role emphasizes integrity, expertise, initiative, and care for customers and the community.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through creative campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Reach out to current customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of Russell Cellular products and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Assist with daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and cash handling.
• Plan and monitor actions to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches and other devices along with wireless services to the general public while demonstrating outstanding customer service
• Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns in cooperation with the Marketing Department and community involvement events
• Contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities
• Develop continuous and up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and various office/administrative duties
• Develop and monitor action plans for the accomplishment of daily/month sales goals
