• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Compensation

Compensation includes a $12.00 per hour base rate plus uncapped commission. While average earnings are up to $17.00 per hour, there is no cap on commissions, allowing high performers to increase their earnings beyond the average.
