Job summary

Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Wireless Specialist to deliver personalized wireless solutions and outstanding customer service at our retail locations. You will learn the products, understand customer needs, and help customers choose devices and services that fit their lifestyle.

As a Verizon Authorized Retailer, you will join a team focused on integrity, expertise, initiative, and service, with uncapped earning potential and avenues for advancement across 750+ stores nationwide.

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches and other devices along with wireless services to the general public while demonstrating outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns with the Marketing Department and community involvement events.
• Contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and various office/administrative duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans for the accomplishment of daily/month sales goals.
