Job summary

The Plumbing Warehouse, a Hajoca Corporation location in West Monroe, LA, is hiring a Sales & Warehouse Specialist. The role combines counter sales, warehouse duties, and local deliveries to ensure excellent customer service and accurate order fulfillment.

You will handle shipments, stock, order processing, and basic product knowledge for customers at the West Monroe profit center. A friendly, dependable customer-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse and material handling experience.
• 1+ years of sales and customer service preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak English.

Responsibilities

• Engage in counter sales, warehouse, and driving tasks.
• Provide sales and support to will-call and off-site delivery customers.
• Receive shipments, stock warehouse and counter areas, and pick/pack orders.
• Load/unload trucks and perform merchandise deliveries and pickups.
• Process Sales Orders and provide product pricing and availability information.
• Keep displays neat, stocked, and safely displayed.
• Assist with cash sale returns and refunds per policy.
• Notify supervisor of inventory levels impacting service.
