Job summary

Forrest Technical Coatings is seeking a reliable Sales & Warehouse Associate to join our Spokane Valley team. This hybrid role blends customer service with warehouse tasks and occasional deliveries, offering variety and room for growth.

You will assist customers, process sales, manage stock, and ensure accurate orders while upholding safety and organization in the warehouse. A positive, team-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, warehouse, or delivery preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify needs, and assist with product selection.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
• Process sales transactions using Deacom.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse & sales area.
• Support Headquarters organization by driving current customer sales.
• Receive, store, and organize incoming stock.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Load, secure, and transport goods to customers using a company vehicle.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of items.
• Obtain customer signatures and provide excellent service during delivery.
• Report any delivery issues, vehicle concerns, or incidents promptly.

This hybrid role involves providing excellent customer service to our current customers while also supporting the warehouse operations and handling occasional deliveries. Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:
