Job summary

Graybar is offering a Sales Trainee position in Visalia, CA, focusing on learning the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through formal training and hands-on learning.

In this role you will rotate through sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes, develop product knowledge, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment. Monday–Friday schedule, starting at 7:30am, with an hourly pay of $26 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to drive with a valid driver's license.
• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
