This is a training role designed to prepare the Sales Trainee for the Account Sales Manager position. The primary responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives and providing route coverage for the ASM during vacations, sick leave, injuries, or special projects. The ST will collaborate with management to maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for both large and small format 'off premise' stores. The role requires servicing customers safely, productively, and professionally, adhering to Red Bull standards.

Responsibilities

• Training: The ST is in a training role with opportunities to interview for ASM roles upon successful completion. The role may extend up to 12 months, with possible extensions based on performance. The position is at-will, and employment can be terminated at any time.
• Business Acumen: Learn about Red Bull and its products, maintain proper product rotation, and establish professional customer relationships to boost sales.
• Daily Preparation: Gather necessary tools and coordinate with ASMs/DSMs on daily priorities. Receive training from ASMs.
• In Route Support: Support in-store execution strategies, route coverage, and meet daily KPIs related to sales, distribution, pricing, and merchandising.
• Off Route Support: Assist with audits, displays, merchandising, and other assigned duties to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• English proficiency; additional languages are advantageous
