3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer offering custom blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. Our Design Consultants meet clients in their homes to design and guide them through a confident buying decision, with four weeks of paid training and uncapped earning potential.

You’ll manage your own schedule, build business through referrals, and receive tools including a laptop and smartphone. Mileage is reimbursed and full benefits are provided as you grow with our national brand.

Qualifications

• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day.
