Job summary

3 Day Blinds is hiring Design Consultants to meet clients in their homes, assess needs, and design custom window treatments that fit style and budget. You’ll guide customers through the buying process and close sales on site, while managing your own schedule and appointments.

You’ll receive four weeks of paid training, company-provided appointments, and uncapped earning potential with average earnings around 70K–100K+, with top performers earning more.

Qualifications

• Natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping clients make decisions they feel great about.
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and able to work independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.
• Willing to work at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities
