Job summary

Cintas Corporation offers a Sales Trainee program designed to build knowledge across General Office Operations, Service Operations, and Production Operations. Trainees will prospect, set appointments, and prepare presentations and sales reports while collaborating with Sales and Service teams to drive customer satisfaction.

A driver’s license is required to operate company or personal vehicles. On successful completion, participants may pursue roles in Sales, Marketing, or leadership tracks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and contact management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Sales Trainee to participate in an extensive, well-structured sales development program designed to provide strong knowledge in all aspects of our business. The purpose of the program is to prepare the Sales Trainee for a successful career in Sales. The training program combines a series of assignments in various departments; such as General Office Operations, Service Operationsand Production Operations. Responsibilities includeprospecting;setting appointments;preparing presentations and sales reports; and working with Sales and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Driving a company or personal vehicle is required. Upon successful completion of the program, Sales Trainees have the opportunity to pursue a sales/marketing career with Cintas which could include Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Sales Director and other sales/marketing leadership positions.
