Graybar is seeking a Sales Trainee in the United States. The program offers formal training and hands-on learning across the sales and distribution process, with exposure to multiple areas of the business.
You will rotate through sales, logistics, customer service, and project processes. The role emphasizes building product knowledge across electrical, communications, and security equipment, and developing strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

As a Sales Trainee, you will learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through a mix of formal training sessions and hands‑on learning. Our Sales Trainees are exposed to all areas of our business and are given the opportunity to receive specialized training and are provided a great overview of our industry before transitioning into a sales role.
Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $25.00 per hour depending on experience.
