Jane Street is offering a Sales and Trading internship designed to pair you with experienced professionals. You’ll gain exposure to how we engage institutional clients and learn the fundamentals of finance and trading through internal classes and real‑world projects.

You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment and develop relationships with clients and partners while building technical skills in analytics, numbers, and markets.

Qualifications

• Planning to graduate in 2028.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Proactive, reliable, and courteous with strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial problem-solver excited about building client relationships.
• Highly analytical and logical thinker, comfortable working with numbers.
• Extremely organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Interest in learning SQL and/or Python.
• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist and learn from sales professionals covering institutional clients.
• Attend internal classes and learn broader fundamentals of finance and trading.
• Engage with clients and help service issuers and prospective clients.
• Tackle real‑world projects designed by mentors and apply learnings.
