Job Description

The Territory Business Manager (TBM) promotes the latest innovations from Philips' product portfolio to key dental professionals, including Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and Dental team members. Responsibilities include building strategic sales partnerships through office visits, lunch and learns, and product demonstrations. The TBM drives sales of Sonicare, Zoom, and other Oral Healthcare brands, aiming to establish Sonicare as the #1 Most Often Recommended power toothbrush and Zoom as the #1 patient-requested professional whitening system. The role also involves consulting on the full range of Oral Healthcare products to develop comprehensive oral health plans for dental practices.

Your role:
  • Link Philips Sonicare, Zoom, and Oral Healthcare products to dental professionals within an assigned geographic territory.
  • Achieve revenue growth expectations for dental practices in the territory.
  • Sell Philips Oral Healthcare products to dental professionals for patient use and dispensing.
  • Understand the science and clinical significance of Sonicare, Zoom Whitening, and other products.
  • Engage in direct B2B selling and professional product detailing.
  • Drive product usage, brand recommendations, and meet/exceed sales targets.
You're the right fit if:
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree.
  • You have 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
  • You possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, and are proficient in CRM and MS Office.
  • Dental or Medical Sales experience is a plus but not required.
  • You can meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodations.
  • Willingness to travel overnight approximately 15-30%.
How We Work Together

We believe in collaboration. Office-based team members work in-person at least 3 days a week. Field roles are primarily outside the main facilities at customer or supplier locations.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Target Earnings range from $75,000 to $130,000 annually, plus a company vehicle, based on performance (85%-120%). Total rewards include PTO, 401k match, HSA, stock plans, education reimbursement, and more. Benefits details are available here.

Additional Information

US work authorization is required. Sponsorship is not provided. Residency in or near Phoenix, AZ, is required. Company relocation benefits are not offered for this role.
