Job summary

Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair is seeking a Service Technician to service customer homes, perform inspections, and complete maintenance on our high‑quality systems. You’ll drive to sites, troubleshoot, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will build lasting relationships, travel as needed, and leverage a top‑tier training program and tools to grow professionally within a company redefining the industry.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to fit and work in a crawl space.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and crawl or climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer homes for inspections, installations, and maintenance.
• Resolve customer concerns with thorough follow-up.
• Recommend enhancements to improve original installations.

Your Impact

• Meet with existing customers at pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual inspections or warranty follow-ups, install small projects, and preform annual maintenance.
• Ensure complete resolution of customer concerns through consistent follow-up.
• Recommend products or services to enhance or improve the original installation or address potential issues.
• Suggest additional products and services, offering complementary solutions to help customers protect their most valuable investment long-term.

What You Provide

• A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
• Ability to fit and work in a crawl space
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, walk, climb ladders, kneel, and crawl
• Strong listening and follow-up skills and the ability to speak, read, and write in English
• Ability to travel based on business needs; all travel is planned out in advance
