Job summary

Fleet Farm in Germantown, WI seeks a Customer-Focused Sales Team Member to deliver Best in Class service in their zone. You will greet customers, keep shelves stocked, and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor while supporting price changes and displays.

You will help with cashier duties when needed, assist in merchandising resets, and promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule incl. days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all Customers and provide Best in Class service.
• Keeps all endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items full and in stock.
• Maintain customer readiness standards by keeping sales floor clean, including shelves, rail tops, displays and kick plates.
• Assist with completing in-store price changes, including regular price, clearance, and sale price changes.
• Execute nightly recovery of departments through fronting and facing shelves, sweeping and cleaning, and critical product filling.
• Train in cash register functionality and assist with running a cash register if needed.
• Assist in merchandise resets, visual display maintenance, housekeeping, and coordination of freight flow to ensure sales floor representation of all merchandise.
• Positive promotion of Fleet Farm customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.
