As the Store Team Leader's go-to, you’ll develop short- and long-term plans, lead by example on customer service, coaching, and operations, and ensure visual standards and asset protection

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing productivity on the floor and fitting room, and analyze trends to inform store decisions
• Motivate and develop team through AEO values, uphold customer service standards, and manage performance
• Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure adequate staffing and ongoing development of the team
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance reviews to improve teamwork and guest experience
• Maintain visual standards and daily operations, ensure fitting rooms are guest-ready, and protect assets and safety standards
