Job summary

The Good Guys in Kentucky is seeking a motivated store team member to coordinate and supervise a designated area, delivering excellent customer service and driving sales within budget.

You will work with a team to ensure product displays, process web orders, and comply with Consumer Law and safety requirements, while benefiting from company training and flexible hybrid work options.

Job Description

Coordinate and supervise a designated area or functions within the store, in support of driving sales to meet budgets, create a positive customer experience and profitable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively as part of a team to answer any queries
• Ensure all visual merchandise is presented to a quality standard
• Monitor and assist with the web orders that come through to store, this includes picking, packing and organizing delivery in a timely manner
• Ensure all sales activities meet compliance and legislative requirements, with emphasis on Consumer Law and Safety
