Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to train and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for a leading foundational AI lab. You will guide content development, storyline creation, and executive summaries in core workflows.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years leading high-growth B2B or SaaS sales teams, exceptional PowerPoint craftsmanship, and strong written communication. This is a fully remote, flexible role offering 5–20 hours per week with immediate start.

• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.

Role Overview

We’re working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced sales team leads from top B2B and SaaS companies who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. We’re looking for sales team leads with 3+ years of experience to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summary writing, slide structuring, horizontal and vertical logic, data-driven exhibit design, and client-ready deck production.

Compensation

$100/hour
Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date: ASAP
