As Sales Team Lead for the Elevator segment, you will be responsible for growing key OEM accounts while coaching, mentoring, and developing your team to execute the business strategy and win competitive share. Success in this role requires close collaboration across the commercial organization, aligning sales efforts with marketing, customer service, and technical support. Key responsibilities include driving team and individual performance, staying actively engaged in the field, developing a deep understanding of customer needs, and leveraging data and market insights to accelerate growth. A passion for customers and results is essential!

What you will do:

In this role, you will drive growth across OEM accounts while leading your team to achieve sales goals in support of the company’s growth objectives. Success requires close engagement with customers, strong cross-functional collaboration, and disciplined execution to accelerate growth in new products, competitive conversions, and customer share within the Elevator segment.

Lead and elevate a high-performing sales team

  • Coach, mentor and develop the North America Elevator sales team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
  • Establish clear goals, KPIs, and operating rhythms in partnership with the Head of North America Sales
  • Maintain strong field engagement, providing timely coaching and actionable feedback

Drive sales performance and execution

  • Execute segment sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Ensure sales team delivers above-market growth in the segment, balancing top line performance and profit growth
  • Leverage market and data-driven insights to guide decisions
  • Anticipate market trends and embed into sales execution

Grow revenue and customer share at key OEM accounts

  • Lead annual contract negotiations to drive sustained revenue and margin growth
  • Expand share of wallet within strategic OEM relationships
  • Scale growth through centralized programs deployed across OEM field offices

Performance Objectives
  • Sales and profit goals are met or exceeded for the Elevator segment.
  • Key product categories are growing at above budgeted rates.
  • Expenses are controlled and well-managed.
  • Sales funnel and forecasts are accurate and timely.
  • Sales objectives are executed in accordance with approved policies.
  • Current customer accounts are maintained or expanded and additional ones solicited. Good business relationships exist with customers and their needs are properly anticipated and satisfied.
  • Sales personnel are well-trained, efficient, and effective.
  • Head of North America Sales is appropriately informed of sales activities and significant problems. Useful, current feedback regarding field operations and competitive conditions is provided.
  • Key sales activities and opportunities are input into SalesForce by the sales team.
  • Team members are effectively meeting their objectives utilizing the processes and procedures set forth by the business.
