Milan Laser Hair Removal in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a full-time Assistant Sales Manager to lead our clinic team and deliver outstanding consultation excellence. You will engage clients one-on-one, tailor dream packages, discuss financing options, and help achieve sales KPIs while ensuring a world-class client experience.

As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will also supervise daily operations in the manager's absence, manage appointments and records, and support leadership in delivering

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
At least one year of work experience.
Experience in a commission-driven sales environment preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and achieve KPIs while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Conduct thorough, personalized consultations with new clients.
Collaborate with the team to engage existing clients and upsell add-on services.
Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain client records, and process transactions.
Support clinic leadership and lead the team in the clinic manager's absence.
