Job summary

Fleet Farm West Bend is seeking a Sales Team Lead to mentor Team Members, coordinate daily merchandising, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will train staff, implement planograms, manage price changes, and support loyalty initiatives while maintaining a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to develop leadership skills and advance within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop, and lead Team Members within the assigned zone.
• Assign, prioritize, and execute daily merchandising needs.
• Provide in-aisle customer service and experience.
• Ensure proper facing of products and zone recovery.
• Execute price changes and tabloid set processes consistently.
• Coordinate floor merchandising resets with the Resets/Project Coordinator.
• Read and implement planograms by deadlines.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program and other initiatives.

The Sales Team Lead is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience through trip assurance, visual merchandising, and excellent product knowledge.

Job duties:

• Train, develop, and lead Team Members within assigned zone.
• Responsible for assigning, prioritizing, and executing daily merchandising needs.
• Responsible for in-aisle customer service and experience.
• Responsible to ensure proper facing of products and general recovery of zone.
• Responsible for the consistent execution of price changes and tabloid set processes.
• Coordinate with the Resets and Project Coordinator for all floor merchandising resets and off shelf changes.
• Read and implement planograms based on established deadlines.
• Positive promotion of Fleet Farm customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
• 1-3 years of previous related retail or leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to direct and motivate a diverse population that includes full-time and part-time team members.
• Demonstrated ability to act decisively and implement solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quick changing environment.
