Ferguson is hiring a Sales Support Representative to assist Sales teams, quote products, and coordinate deliveries. You will help customers find the right solutions, improve order accuracy, and respond quickly to inquiries.

A fast-paced environment rewards proactive problem solving and strong relationship building. The role requires 3–5 years in sales or customer service, knowledge of industrial pipes, valves and fittings, and proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fitting knowledge preferred.
• Exhibit strong sales skills including upselling.
• Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Responsibilities

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred
• 3-5 years of Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fitting knowledge preferred
• Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range:

$18.71 - $29.92

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
