Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a Sales Support Manager to lead daily operations for the Sales Support team. You will manage scheduling, drive performance metrics, and own the Megan Bot automation program to scale operations and reduce case volume.

You will report to the Sr. Director of Sales Operations and guide offshore partner operations while mentoring onshore staff and driving continuous improvement across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced solar energy environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
• 6+ years of professional experience in sales support, operations, or customer support environments.
• Strong background in solar operations, customer support, or sales operations leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Hands-on experience managing workflow or bot automation platforms (e.g., Megan Bot).
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Track record of using team metrics to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Own Megan Bot platform, driving enhancements and expanding its capabilities across the team.
• Direct daily queue workflows, SLA adherence, and workforce scheduling.
• Oversee licensing and verification processes and IT issue coordination.
• Lead and mentor team leads and agents; conduct weekly 1:1s.
• Collaborate across Sales, Underwriting, Install Pipeline, Customer Care and IT.
