Job summary

Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) is seeking a Sales Support Representative to assist the Sales Lead/Inside Sales to ensure orders are properly delivered, merchandised, and priced.

You will stock shelves, create displays, set merchandise, and maintain pricing while building strong relationships with account personnel. This role may require nights, weekends, and holidays and a valid driver’s license for territory coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Requires a current, valid state driver’s license.
• Product knowledge in wine and spirits.
• Experience stocking shelves and creating product displays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with stocking shelves, resetting coolers, and creating displays.
• Solidify strong customer relationships.
• Work with customers to identify areas where support is needed (e.g., will calls, POS delivery).
• Place prices and signs on products.
• Submit replenishment orders to fill gaps.
• Prepare and maintain displays.
• Sort, label and store goods accurately.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and promote promotions to improve store presence.
• Report competitive activity and pricing to supervisor.
• Cover open sales territory as needed.
