Clark Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Support/Merchandising associate to assist the sales and merchandising teams across multiple store formats. The role requires understanding responsibilities, flexibility, and teamwork to meet company goals, with occasional weekend/holiday scheduling.

The position emphasizes professional conduct, effective communication with managers and store staff, and adaptability to last-minute changes while supporting planogram execution and in-store merchandising.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with a sales organization preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Must always comply with company Health and Safety rules.
• Work well with other employees and follow directions from management.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers and employees.
• Cover Sales Representatives’ PTO.
• Cover Merchandisers’ PTO and reset stores as directed.
• Rotate CBG products and maintain freshness in accounts.
• Make accurate orders and communicate with store personnel.
• Assist in unloading and delivery of products.
• Understand and implement Planogram layouts in retail accounts.
• Able to work weekends and adapt to last-minute schedule changes.
