Job summary

Williams Distributing Co. and Shoemaker Inc., part of Daikin Comfort Technologies North America, Inc., a leading HVAC distributor in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana, is seeking a qualified candidate to support cabinetry project pricing and design coordination.

In this role, you will use Quotation Analysis tools to estimate projects, develop proposals with the sales team, and produce shop drawings for awarded projects. Strong organization and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• Experience with cabinetry, construction, or design software (20/20 Design).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Estimate cabinetry projects with Quotation Analysis tools and finalize pricing.
• Work with sales to prepare accurate proposals reflecting scope.
• Produce shop drawings for awarded projects and assist with design requests.
• Provide technical assistance by printing take-offs and researching specs.
• Maintain organized project files and contract documentation.
• Coordinate material orders and staging using CRM tools.
• Participate in training and sales meetings to align with goals.
• Collaborate across departments and support additional initiatives.
• Assist with other projects as needed.

Job description

• Work closely with the sales team to developaccurate, well-formatted proposals that reflect needs and project scope.
• Produce shop drawings for awarded projects andassistwith ad hoc design requests via the Williams Designs channel.
• Provide technicalassistanceby printing take-offs and researching product specifications as needed
• Maintainaccurateand organized project files and contract documentation using a predefined structure.
• Coordinate material orders and stage project fulfillment using CRM tools.
• Participate in training and sales meetings to stay aligned with team goals and industry trends.
• Collaborate across departments and supportadditionalinitiatives to meet evolving business needs.
• Supportadditionalprojects and duties as needed to meet business demands.
