MCS Puerto Rico is seeking an onboarding coordinator to manage the documentation required for implementing new business groups. You will coordinate post-sale items such as cost sheets, benefit summaries, memos, and enrollment materials, working closely with Sales, clients, and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
The role requires a Bachelor’s or Associate degree with healthcare coordination or administrative support, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.
Responsible for coordinating and managing all documentation required for the successful implementation of new business groups. This includes ensuring timely and accurate processing of post-sale documents such as cost sheets, benefit summaries, memos, underwriting invoices, intake applications, eligibility files, email authorizations, HIPAA forms, electronic document consent forms, ACH forms, TOBs, Group Application Forms (GAF), CRM Sales records, and other related documents. The role involves close coordination with Sales Executives, clients, internal teams, and external producers to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for each group.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related areas. At least six (6) months of previous experience in clinical affairs, healthcare coordination, or administrative support within a healthcare environment is preferred.

Education and Experience: An Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, or related areas, and/or at least sixty to sixty-four (60-64) approved university credits equivalent to two (2) years of studies. At least one (1) year of previous experience in clinical affairs, healthcare coordination, or administrative support within a healthcare environment is preferred.
