Job summary

Evil Genius Beer Company in Philadelphia is seeking a Sales Support and Logistics Coordinator to ensure smooth shipments, invoicing, and data recording across our distribution network.

You will collaborate with carriers, warehouses, and wholesalers, manage internal reporting, and support inventory controls in a fast-paced, creative brewery environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 0–2 years of work experience or internships in applicable role.
• Strong Excel skills and data entry.
• Familiarity with Google Docs and Dropbox.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Shipments and Procurement between our breweries and warehouses and our 30 wholesale partners.
• Complete Bills of Lading for shipments and coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers, warehouses, and wholesalers.
• Responsible for timely and correct invoicing.
• Assist in Financial Data Entry and Reporting with our Finance Manager.
• Enter data into internal reporting and inventory management systems.
• Ship out Point-Of-Sale, packages, and other mail.
• Coordinate office-related activities with outside vendors.
• Assist with inventory of ingredients and finished goods.
• Be the main phone contact for incoming calls.
• Open the office at 9am every day.

Evil Genius Beer Company is a Philadelphia Based Craft Brewery with Wholesale Distribution from Massachusetts to Maryland. We are one of the most innovative and fastest-growing breweries on the East Coast. Evil Genius also operates a highly successful Taproom, Pilot Brewery, and Beer Garden, that is visited by thousands of people every week.

Your Daily Role

• Coordinate Shipments and Procurement between our Breweries and Warehouses in Philadelphia and Parksberg, PA and our 30 Wholesale Partners
• Complete Bills of Lading for Shipments and Coordinate Pickups and Deliveries with our Shipping Carriers, Warehouse Teams, and Wholesalers.
• Responsible for timely and correct invoicing
• Assist in Financial Data Entry and Reporting with our Finance Manager
• Enter Data into our Internal Reporting and Inventory Management Systems
• Ship Out Point-Of-Sale, Packages, and Other Mail
• Coordinate Office-Related Activities with our outside Vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Required in Related Field
• 0-2 Years of Work Experience or Internships in applicable role
• Understanding of Accounting principals a Plus
• Knowledge of the inner workings of Google Docs and Dropbox
• Intermediate or Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Extremely well organized and pays attention to detail
• Great analytical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

Our Brewery and Corporate Office is located in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia, which is rated as one of the coolest and most hip parts of the city. Local restaurants, shops, and bars are just a short walk away from the brewery.

You will also be provided a MacBook computer and duel-screen workstation.

You will be working directly with the company founders in a dynamic and creative environment, where innovative problem solving is encouraged.
