Qualifications

  • Ability to write routine reports and communications.

  • Basic financial analysis skills recommended.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web publishing.
  • Ability to edit templates in PowerPoint and/or InDesign.

About The Role

As a Sales Support Coordinator you will provide general administrative support to a team of sales professionals. The Sales Support Coordinator collects, compiles, and analyzes sophisticated data and information and creates straightforward written descriptions of results. This includes preparing proposals, presentations, and communications material and coordinating the distribution of internal and external marketing information.

What You’ll Do
  • Maintain CBRE brand client messaging by applying templates to produce marketing materials.
  • Respond to general inquiries and provides information as needed, while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Maintain and update relevant databases
  • Coordinate and maintain filing system and other records.
  • Review marketing material and act as a point of contact for various groups to coordinate the completion of property information packages.
  • Coordinate the preparation and production of client specific property packages.
  • Explain detailed and/or complicated information. Comprehend instructions, short communications, and memos. Write routine reports and communications.
  • Participate in team-oriented approach to internal client service.
  • Adhere to stated deadlines.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sales Support Coordinator position is $25.48 per hour and the maximum salary for the Sales Support Coordinator position is $28.61 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
