Job summary

As a Sales Support Associate, you will:

• Support new customer account set up and modifications
• Prepare and submit project bookings and utilize CRM System to manage and maintain customer and opportunity information through sales stages
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues relating to customers, accounts, booking submissions etc.
• Provide ad-hoc training/coaching, support and guidance to sales representatives
• Review requests from customers for onshore restriction decisions
• Assist sales executives with document management and obtain US Government Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses for legal review

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma, state-recognized GED
• 2+ years of administrative experience and organizational skills
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce, BookIT, SAP and/or KeySpot
• 2+ years of strong PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Able to work overtime hours when required.
• Ability to travel 5% - Occasional travel will be required for important team gatherings, project kick-offs, strategic discussions, or training
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of administrative experience
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce, BookIT, SAP and/or KeySpot

The pay range for this position is $44,696 - $76,622 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
