Fastenal Co. in Beloit, Wisconsin, is seeking a Part-time Sales Support to assist customers at the 2635 Prairie Ave branch. The role offers up to 28 hours per week and a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Entry-level with onboarding, training, and goal-based progression may lead to a flexible schedule after ramp-up. You will support sales, manage inventory, place and fulfill orders, receive and ship stock, and occasionally deliver using a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver;s license.
• Pursuing or holding a Business/Marketing degree or related industry experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency.

Sales Support - 2635 Prairie Ave, Beloit, WI 53511 - WI419 Single Customer Store - Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm - Up to 28 hours/week.

OVERVIEW

Working as Part-time Sales Support, you must have a strong interest in sales and enjoy working in a fast paced challenging environment. This is an entry level position that will provide assistance to our customers from our branch located at 2635 Prairie Ave, Beloit, WI 53511. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• o Assisting with sales/customer service
• o Managing inventory
• o Placing and fulfilling orders
• o Receiving and shipping inventory
• o Performing deliveries with a company vehicle

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• o 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
• o Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
• o Possess or are working towards a degree in Business/Marketing OR have related industry experience and knowledge of the local market
• o Excellent written and oral communication skills
• o Proficient computer skills
• o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• o Exhibit strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell
