Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create amazing customer experiences across our retail locations in the U.S. and Canada. You will share Warby Parker's story on the sales floor while contributing to process improvement and various projects.

This role blends hands-on leadership with a passion for retail and eyewear. You will lead the selling on the floor, support front-of-house operations, and mentor teammates.

• Retail experience at a customer-focused company with 6+ months in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and adapt quickly.

Job description

Warby Parker is on the lookout for a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create nothing-short-of-amazing experiences for our customers. (At other brands, you might see similar roles called Keyholder.) Across all of our retail locations in the U.S. and Canada, Sales Supervisors contribute to the success of our business firsthand through face-to-face customer interactions. In this role, not only will you share Warby Parker's story and mission on the sales floor, but you'll also take part in process ideation and improvement, as well as a slew of special projects. For applicable postings, the range listed is a good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation is thoughtfully determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, experience, internal equity, and relevant market data.

For applicable postings, non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay if you are required to work more than 40 hours in a workweek.
