Job summary

Veronica Beard Georgetown is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support the Store Management team in maximizing sales, delivering an exceptional shopping experience, and upholding Veronica Beard’s standards. The role serves as Manager-on-Duty when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is absent, and requires a strong leader with excellent clienteling and fashion sense.

The position emphasizes team development, visual merchandising, and operational discipline, with a base hourly rate of $20.00–$21.00

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail Store Management experience in women’s apparel or related field.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Strong observation skills – identifying and assessing customer and employee behavior, reactions, and floor awareness.
• Ability to retain and utilize data (names, merchandise, information, policies and procedures).

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager-on-Duty in absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Maximizes sales through floor supervision and selling standards.
• Trains and develops Sales Associates on product knowledge and customer service.
• Maintains cash, inventory, and company standards; ensures loss prevention measures.
• Executes floor-setups and promotional directives; maintains store standards.
• Represents Veronica Beard fashion and styling; stays current with trends; social media readiness.
