DÔEN seeks a Sales Supervisor for its Dallas location to lead an engaged retail team and drive exceptional client experiences. The role emphasizes ownership, inventory oversight, and profitability while maintaining a vibrant, inclusive store environment.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in fashion retail, luxury experience, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to support store leadership alongside the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a fashion retail environment.
• Luxury retail preferred.
• Technological competency; experience with NetSuite, Shopify and Gladly desired.
• Computer literacy, data entry and data processing skills.
• Energetic, confident and adaptable personality.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Physical requirements: lift/carry/move 20lbs minimum including fixtures and product.

Description of Duties

Title: Sales Supervisor

Classification: Non-Exempt

Hourly Range*: $28.00

Location: Wilmette, IL

General Overview: We are seeking an outstanding supervisor for our Dallas location. A DÔEN sales supervisor is essential to the team ensuring a profitable and service minded shop. Responsible for driving client experience, taking initiative, delegating tasks and providing feedback to team members. The sales supervisor works closely with the store manager assisting in leadership duties as called upon.

Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Demonstrate extraordinary service by leading by example on the sales floor
• Greet customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner
• Provide the highest level of personalized client experience to our loyal and growing customer base
• Provide styling advice based on brand aesthetic and excellent firsthand product knowledge
• Be able to drive business through reacting to customers’ needs and wantsBuild and maintain client relationships
• Meet and exceed sales and productivity goals as an individual and as part of the store team
• Always acts in the best interest of the customer
• Partner with Store Manager in overseeing inventory management, particularly the daily movement of product to various locations and ensuring its accuracy
• Lead and execute inventory verification processes
• Liaise with retail coordinators in partnership with Store Manager
• Maintain organization of backstock
• Oversee supply levels of collateral and other retail supplies; partner with store manager to maintain necessary levels of both and initiate re-ordering when the need arises
• Abide and enforce company COVID safety practices to maintain a safe environment for customers and team

General

• Arrives on time and is floor ready with a professional presence in line with the Dôen brand
• Maintains a visually enticing store that is neat, clean, and organized
• Responds promptly to internal and external communication
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability and understanding of receiving and processing merchandise/inventory management
• Process sales and returns through the POS systems with accuracy and efficiency
• Perform daily operations and closing procedures
• Protect store assets and inventory
• Participate in monthly and seasonal inventory counts
• Be proactive and take initiative
• Understand and follow employee handbook and company guidelines including but not limited to core values, dress code guidelines and customer service guidelines

Leadership

• Able to demonstrate shop ownership and lead when the store manager is not present
• Supports the store manager in all aspects of running the store
• Supports in building, managing and maintaining client book
• Operates business profitably and minimize potential for loss
• Ensures a positive work environment through recognition and motivation
• Resolves personnel concerns fairly and in a timely fashion
• Supports new initiatives
• Fairly delegates responsibilities to the sales staff
