Rag & Bone is seeking a Sales Supervisor in New York to lead sales associates, model service standards, and drive store performance. The role emphasizes clienteling, product knowledge, and aligning with company policy within a full-time schedule of 32–40 hours per week.
You will partner with Visual Merchandising and management to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining inventory accuracy and selling with integrity. Compensation includes commission eligibility and benefits.

The Sales Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring sales goals are consistently met and service standards are executed according to company guidelines. This person serves as an extension of store management as a leader and role model to all Sales Associates, emphasizing service standards and adherence to company policy. Sales Supervisors at full‑price store locations are eligible to participate in the rag & bone Commissions Program and incentive programs, which may result in a higher total compensation. The range listed is just one component of the Company’s total rewards package for retail employees.
The Sales Supervisor role is full‑time and requires 32‑40 hours per week.
The target hourly rate for this role is between $20 and $21 based on candidate experience and expectations.
