Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Full-Time) at our East Rutherford, NJ location. The role supports store management, motivates the team, and ensures top-tier customer service while handling merchandising and daily operations.

The Sales Supervisor will train staff, address service issues promptly, and coordinate activities with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. Flexibility for varied retail hours is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to meet business goals.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends or holidays.

Sales Supervisor (F/T)

The Sales Supervisor supports the management team and performs all functional tasks as assigned. The Sales Supervisor assumes leadership and managerial responsibilities when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent. The Sales Supervisor is part of a dynamic team where cooperation is key to achieving business goals.

Responsibilities
