Job summary

Michael Kors is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a store team, drive personal and store sales goals, and elevate the customer experience through supervision and guidance.

You'll work in a dynamic, fashion-forward environment that rewards initiative, with opportunities for development and growth as you mentor colleagues, refine styling strategies and build lasting customer relationships across a fast-paced, seasonal retail cycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:

• 2+ years of relevant retail experience
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking in English is required.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother's Day, etc.
