Job summary

Michael Kors is seeking a Sales Supervisor to guide a store team, drive sales goals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced fashion environment.

You will coach staff, manage opening and closing duties, foster client relationships, and ensure top service while representing the brand with energy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking in English is required.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including weekends, holidays and peak retail days.

YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:

• 2+ years of relevant retail experience
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking in English is required.

• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother's Day, etc.
