Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Lynnfield, MA is seeking a Sales Stylist to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will demonstrate product knowledge, use The 3C’s of Success: Connect, Consult & Close, and assist in merchandising and store operations.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, handling cash, ensuring security, replenishing stock with RFID processes, and maintaining store appearance. A flexible schedule including evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Exhibits structure, organization, methodical approach and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Show thorough understanding of Levi Strauss & Company's history and heritage.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and customer service using The 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Meet or exceed store and individual sales goals daily and comply with cash handling guidelines.
• Assist in replenishment, RFID inventory processes, pricing and stock appearance on the selling floor.
• Maintain store appearance per visual standards and support security and loss prevention programs.
