Job summary

Qualifications

• Piercings experience with aftercare guidance and hygienic practice.
• Proficient with POS to process transactions and manage sales efficiently.
• Completed some high school with at least one year of retail management experience.
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift 25–75 lbs as needed.
• Strong math and cash-handling skills for inventory and sales analysis.
• Enthusiastic, coachable and ready to learn in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting promos.
• Join piercing experts through training and guide customers through procedures.
• Maintain attractive store displays and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Support Store Manager with team motivation and sales tips.
• Represent the brand and stay current on fashion/trends to upsell.
• Oversee store ops: inventory, cash handling, merchandising, promotions.
