Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or business development preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to client locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking efforts
• Perform client service calls and outside sales visits to grow business partnerships
• Promote Surge Staffing services and identify additional staffing solutions for customers
• Support branch operations through administrative and data entry tasks
• Assist with employee coaching, performance management, and retention efforts
• Resolve employee and client concerns professionally and timely
• Support branch growth initiatives and contribute to revenue goals
