Job summary

rag & bone is seeking a part-time Sales Specialist for our Chicago store. You will ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience through extensive product knowledge, selling skills, and authentic clienteling, while supporting company initiatives and policy adherence.

The role offers a commission and incentive structure; the listed range reflects only one component of our total rewards package for retail employees. Availability is 24–30 hours per week with a minimum of 3 days.

The Role

The Sales Specialist ensures customers have a consistent, quality experience in the store at all times. A Sales Specialist plays a key role in helping with creating and maintaining a selling focus in the store, supports company and management initiatives while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures as outlined by the organization.

Please also note, Sales Specialistsat full-price store locations are eligible to participate in the rag & bone Commissions Program, and Incentive programs, which may result in bringing the total compensation to a higher range. The range listed is just one component of the Company’s total rewards package for retail employees.

• Support a best-in-class level of customer service through extensive product knowledge, strong selling skills, and authentic clienteling

• Provide assistance to our Visual Merchandising team on floor sets, window changes and other projects, as needed

• Accurately process Point of Sale transactions

• Identify opportunities to support the team in delivering best in class customer service
