Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist to be the face of our stores, promoting Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile and Voice to both existing and new customers. You will help enhance the customer experience and drive sales while maintaining strong product knowledge.

In this role, you will meet sales and service goals, build relationships, and work with a fast-paced team. A base pay with commissions provides growth opportunities within Spectrum.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Comfort with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms.
• Strong reading, writing and spoken English; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in sales/customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and selling Spectrum products and services to existing and new customers.
• Enhancing the customer experience and fostering exceptional customer care at every store location.
• Identify sales opportunities and create ideal customer experiences through product support and education.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and visual standards.
• Deliver a welcoming store atmosphere, adhere to dress code and provide a clean retail experience.
