Job summary

This role offers comprehensive training from top-performing sales leaders and a steady stream of qualified leads (no cold calling). You will build strong client relationships and provide personalized life insurance solutions in a tech-enabled environment.

Licensing support is provided for candidates not yet licensed. Ideal candidates have sales experience, strong communication, self-motivation, and the ability to work

• Experience in sales (insurance, finance, real estate, or related fields).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented with a desire to grow professionally.
• Comfortable using digital tools to manage prospects and sales activity.
• Willing to obtain a life insurance license; licensing assistance provided.
• Flexible availability and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage client relationships to provide life insurance solutions.
• Sell life insurance products and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Leverage licensed training and leads provided (no cold calling).
• Utilize digital tools to track prospects and sales activity.
• Coordinate licensing support if not yet licensed.
